Brian started his career as a dancer on Disney Channel's Kids Incorporated. After graduating high school, Brian studied Film Production at Loyola Marymount University. After graduating magna cum laude in 1997 he quickly won guest staring roles on Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Providence, and La Femme Nikita. In 1998 Brian starred in the indie romantic comedy Dean Quixote, produced by Victor Simpkins (Swingers).
Brian has appeared in over 85 episodes of television. Most notable: Six Feet Under, CSI: Miami, West Wing, Grey's Anatomy, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, Bones, and True Blood. Brian appeared alongside Christian Bale and Amy Adams in the 2018 Academy Award nominated film Vice, directed by Adam McKay.
In 2014 Brian moved back to his hometown of Tulare, CA to be closer to his sister, Michelle White, while she battled breast cancer. She lost her battle in 2017, and Brian retired from acting a year later.
In 2016 Brian co-founded The Source LGBT+ Center located in the historical district in beautiful Downtown Visalia. The Source campus hosts over 25 vital programs, has large meeting spaces, a youth center, trans closet, food pantry, lending library, HIV services, peer support groups, and even a podcast called Queer Goggles.
The Source is the largest LGBTQ+ Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. Brian currently serves as Executive Director.
